Custom Point of Sale Development
A restaurant chain spanning multiple locations in Canada reached out to us for assistance in creating a point-of-sale system. This system needed to seamlessly integrate with delivery services like Skip and Uber to provide real-time order status updates, track discounts, online ordering and manage GST/HST.
Additionally, it required capabilities to gather customer feedback. We also developed reporting features to highlight popular menu items, facilitate menu modifications, analyze demand metrics by location, and offer catering and special event packages.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
A prominent immigration firm with global branches required a solution to streamline client information management across its offices, eliminating duplication. This encompassed establishing unique client identifiers, implementing a document management system for seamless uploads and submissions to government agencies, and enabling status tracking. Their website required integration to collect payments from Square Merchant services.
Custom reports were needed to support financial decision-making, assess location performance, and evaluate marketing initiatives.
